Fun Facts
- Our June bug is due on June 8th, 2007, but the little man came on June 1, 2007
- 27 hours of labor and almost 3 hours of pushing
- Grammy Cindy and Great Grandma Christman were able to watch Colton be born
- Daddy was soooo awesome and supportive the whole time.
- Daddy did get to cut the cord
- Colton John has had quite the summer! He has spent the night with great grammy and
grandpa at the lake, spent time at the zoo, gone swimming in grandpa's pool, and he
loves to go to work with mama!
- Colton John has had his first bowl of rice cereal and also has tried banana's
- Colton also went hiking on his first Nature Perserve and went on his first photo safari.
But will he have time for photography in between his busy NASCAR schedule, guitar lessons,
and horseback riding?
- Colton has started to roll over! He is a little on the slow side considering he HATES
tummy time. He just sorta lays there and flounders for a few minutes and either cries or
goes to sleep.
- Colton is now laughing out loud and it just warms my heart and I love to hear him!
- He is also talking up a storm. He loves to talk to Jaboo (his little Monkey) every morning
and just laughs and squeals and coo's.
- Yesterday, September 24, 2007, Colton went to pick out his first pumpkin. I think he had
a good time.
- Colton is also grabbing on to toys and stuffed animals and reaching for people. He is
really quite animated and loves to check out every last inch of every toy.
- Colt Wildhorse is now weighing in at 22lbs 1oz and is 29 3/4inces long! (1/23/08)
- Wildhorse is starting to talk to us. He is babbling dadadada non stop! He is also saying
Taos (our dobie). It comes out "Tusssss" or "Tssssssss".
- Colt's favorite toys include his shape blocks, his talking monkey, and anything he can
put in his mouth.
- Colton also has 4 teeth both bottom and both top.
- Also his new BFF is his Cousin Loo
- Colton John now has 5 teeth with the 6th on the way.
- He has added "papa" & "mama" to his increasing vocabulary.
- Colton is rolling all over the place but shows no signs of crawling.
